Hot Picks for 2015: Groups/Duos

HD Music Promotion UK has predicted 2015's hottest boybands and bands and now it's the turn of the groups!

Mixed bands and duos often slip through the hands of the music industry, so we thought we'd list five that definitely deserve their place in the charts.

1. Chasing Midnight
They may have only launched late last year but already, Chasing Midnight - JJ, Heather, Greg and Dan - are promising to be one of the biggest mixed bands this year. The four-piece have been working hard on original material and recently dropped a preview for their new track Forever Yours.

2. Anavae
Rising alternative rock duo Anavae consist of Rebecca and Jamie. With just under 100k followers, the pair are already verified both on Twitter and Facebook. They have toured with the likes of POLAR. and also performed at Macmillan Fest 2014. Check out their latest single Aeon below!

3. EverYoung
Eyal, Jack, Hollie and Cherelle already have a large following, having gained exposure for themselves after a string of school gigs and performances alongside the likes of Gabz, Kingsland Road and Matt Cardle. November saw the group release their single Starchaser and we certainly believe it won't be their last!

4. Amica
Rachel and Jack may be relatively new to the music scene, but the duo are increasingly gaining popularity, and performed at Soccer Six in 2014. February will see them perform alongside ex-X Factor star Dale Ali and we're sure it won't be long before the pair are doing even more gigs.

5. Only The Young
Reaching the live finals of 2014's The X Factor, Parisa, Mikey, Betsy and Charlie have already been tipped to be one of the next big pop bands. The group performed at Wembley Stadium for the Capital FM Summertime Ball last year and with cheeky personalities and strong chemistry, we have no doubt the future is bright for these four.

There's our predictions for 2015's hottest groups. Agree? Or think we missed someone out?
