Our Track of the Week goes to the incredible production, :30 X 11, by Dave Lucas!

Based in Albany, New York, Dave is a broadcast journalist for WAMC Radio. In his spare time, he is a blogger and also loves to dabble in popular culture, literature, arts and fashion.

His talents certainly don't stop with presenting on music shows as demonstrated with :30 X 11. Dave has strung various well-renowned hits together to create the track. About his production, he says "Did this ever happen to you? You hear a tune somewhere. Suddenly, it's stuck in your head. Playing over and over... How many times has a song triggered your memory? Your emotions?"

At just over 5 and a half minutes long, the track is comprised of 11 cuts placed in order as a conceptual album presentation. It includes a multitude of singers and bands from modern day pop stars RihannaAriana GrandeMadonna and Britney Spears to favourites of the past including The BeatlesHermans Hermits and Lesley Gore.
